Another Guided Meditation

This guided meditation has really nice relaxing flute music.

Begin by becoming aware of your breathing. Breathe in deeply. Exhale fully.

Your thoughts will begin to melt away as you deepen your relaxation.

This guided meditation is very similar to the one we teach at Mindfulness in Healing.

The major difference is that we generally add a simple visualization after the deep breathing and before the count down. We also start the countdown from 10 instead of 5.
