Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has helped tens of thousands of people since its inception in the late ’70s and early ’80s.

MBSR was pioneered by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Now it has spread all over the world and the results have been remarkable.

This video shows us that this life is as good a it gets.

This CD and book by Jon Kabat-Zinn are highly recommended. The book teaches you about the MBSR process and is a very good read and Full Catastrophe Living teaches about MBSR with enough details to get you started.
