One Minute Meditation

This simple meditation is so powerful it can be done in a moment.

The exercise can be done in just one minute.

You can do it right now wherever you are.

Of course, if you have time for Ten Breaths for Happiness, you might try the link. My friend, Glen Schneider, a teacher in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, developed this practice. Sometimes I shorten it to one breath for happiness when I notice something especially beautiful.

One minute meditation is something you should share with everyone you know.

      Are you familiar with Gabrielle Roth and Anna Halprin? I danced with both of these prominent teachers over the years.
