One Minute Meditation

This simple meditation is so powerful it can be done in a moment.

The exercise can be done in just one minute.

You can do it right now wherever you are.

Of course, if you have time for Ten Breaths for Happiness, you might try the link. My friend, Glen Schneider, a teacher in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, developed this practice. Sometimes I shorten it to one breath for happiness when I notice something especially beautiful.

One minute meditation is something you should share with everyone you know.

Please try it and let me know how you like it.

  1. Great video, we need short and informative content like this in the ages of spiritual amnesia. 😉

  2. Helpful video! I’m going to try to remember to take the one minute meditation technique with me wherever I go. Thanks!

Are you familiar with Gabrielle Roth and Anna Halprin? I danced with both of these prominent teachers over the years.

It was in dance workshops – not performing.

      Thanks for your comment.
