Procrastination: How Not To Get Your Stuff Done

In Buddhism, we are taught a three step process to deal with procrastination:

  1. Calm our minds through slow, conscious breathing
  2. Observe our thoughts and emotions about procrastination
  3. Strengthen our motivation and resolve to overcome it
These steps are obviously oriented towards meditation practice, but they can be applied to whatever “stuff” you have to do.

This video is fun and entertaining. Please tell me if you can relate to it!
