Self-Hypnosis for Anxiety

When I went to India for the first time, I spent four months at the Rajneesh (Osho) ashram.

At that time, new arrivals to the ashram were invited to have darshan (a meeting with a small group) with Rajneesh.

When I looked into his eyes and felt his deep, penetrating gaze, I knew that I could trust him.

He invited me to become a disciple and, somehow, I felt comfortable accepting!

He gave me the name, Swami Deva Ninad, and explained that it means, “Divine sound of the waterfall.”

Many friends still call me Ninad today!

This video teaches us self-hypnosis for anxiety, stress, and panic attacks.

So you see, I can really relate to the imagery in this video.

The instructions work well, if you follow them approximately.

Please share this video with anyone you know who is experiencing anxiety, stress,  panic, anger or depression.
