This simple meditation is so powerful it can be done in one moment. You can do it right now wherever you are.
All it takes is for you to bring your attention into yourself and breathe! Smile when you do it!
Ten Breaths for Happiness is a good practice if you have more than a moment! My friend, Glen Schneider, a teacher in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, developed this practice. Use this meditation when you explore the wonders of life.
Sometimes I shorten it to one breath for happiness when I notice something especially beautiful.
One minute meditation is something you should share with everyone you know.
Please try it and let me know how you like it.
Martin Boroson, creator of One Moment Meditation, has asked me to vote for him on Facebook, which I did. I’m sure he would appreciate it if you also voted for him. Please follow these two simple steps:
1. Go to this Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/
2. Look for my blurb, “How to Meditate in a Moment,” and then click on the white “vote” box next to that title.
Thanks for your help.
