Beginning Meditation

This video teach you a basic form of beginning meditation.

To meditate, find a comfortable position on the floor or in a chair.

You can even do it lying down if you take care not to fall asleep.

Once you are comfortable, begin with several deep breaths.

Then, simply observe your breathing.

Do not try to control it.

When thoughts, come, let them go and return to observing your breath.
