Can We Recover from Our Sugar Addiction

Two women walk into a bar and discover extremely dangerous white stuff….

Sounds like a joke, but it’s actually a powerful pattern interrupt for you and your health. Sugar is the dangerous white stuff that has probably hijacked your health, blood sugar, waistline, and taste buds.

Can we recover from our sugar addiction?

I know it’s caused much suffering in my own body, and just as I’ve healed my sugar addiction, I want you to heal yours.

I spent a lot of time learning about how cancer feeds on sugar and you can learn this too. Doctors even use irradiated sugar in PET scans because the sugar goes right into the cancer. They are feeding the cancer to find out where it is. They just want to cut it out ASAP.

Watch the video series, The Search for the Cure Continues with Ty Bollinger to learn more.

JJ Virgin and Dr. Sara Gottfried, M. D. can help us get off the white stuff.

Sugar Impact Diet BookLast year, JJ asked Sara to test drive her brand new and totally original approach to sugar detoxification. The process was totally eye opening. Now, they are offering to extend the best material to all of us via JJ’s new book, JJ Virgin’s Sugar Impact Diet: Drop 7 Hidden Sugars, Lose Up to 10 Pounds in Just 2 Weeks, available on November 4.

That’s right, your recovery from sugar addiction can take place.

Can’t wait? OK, to get you started, here are few tips on where sugar hides:

1. Balsamic vinegar. Say it isn’t so! Some of your favorite foods hide sugar. For instance, balsamic vinaigrette in your salad (balsamic vinegar contains too much sugar – about 5 grams in 2 tablespoons, and balsamic reduction is even worse). A better choice? Red wine vinegar, which has zero grams of sugar.

2. Sun dried tomatoes. Sun dried tomatoes have always been on the sweet side – after all, tomatoes are a fruit. One cup contains 20 grams of sugar! Swap your sun dried tomatoes for greens like kale or spinach, or other non-starchy vegetables.

3. Quinoa flakes. Turns out that the real stuff (unprocessed quinoa) is a better choice because it has less of a sugar impact. (No, quinoa flakes are not a skin rash!)

If you know JJ, you know that she’s a little bossy. She’s bossy because she knows the science, and she’s on a mission to reverse sugar addiction so that you can be free and eat the foods that most nourish you. I stand with her, and hope you’ll join us as we climb to the top of the mountain. “Big Food” corporations are behaving like drug dealers as they reverse engineer how to make food more hyperpalatable. While “Big Food” is busy manipulating foods to keep us addicted, together we’re better and smarter than that. It starts by helping you overcome your addiction to sugar.

Please join me on November 4 and support JJ. Together, let’s defeat the white stuff. Let’s defeat the enemy. Let’s climb the mountain. We need you. I’ve already ordered the book.

Can you recover from your sugar addiction? How will you do this?
