I want to share with you a series of four positive affirmations that are part of my meditation practices each morning.

Please take a comfortable position, either sitting up straight or lying down. Begin with several deep breaths.

Then repeat to yourself the following positive affirmations.

I am safe from internal and external harm.
I have a calm, clear mind and a peaceful, loving heart.
I am strong, healthy, vital.
I experience love, joy, wonder, and wisdom in this life just as it is.

Once you have memorized the affirmations, you can practice them with your eyes closed.
