Gratitude as a Meditation Practice – Deepak Chopra

Deepak Chopra has given much to the world in his teachings.

This meditation video is about gratitude as a meditation practice.

It is very easy to practice.

All you have to do is meditate on everything you are grateful for in your life.

Well, just start with three things each day that you are grateful for.

In Mindfulness in Healing classes, we often talk about meditating on gratitude in this way.

Sometimes, we take this type of meditation further. We ask them to think about what they are grateful for.

Then we ask them to find something beautiful in their lives each day as homework!

They report back the next week.
