Guided Meditation For Letting Go

This guided meditation for letting go is by Lori Granger and is quite good. Her voice is soothing and the images are delightful.

The music is calming and unobtrusive.

The purpose of this guided meditation is to let go and just be! It is truly relaxing.

After a number of belly breaths, we are guided gently into a relaxed state through a simple body scan.

Silently watching what arises in the mind, we easily name it and let the thoughts, memories and plans float to the sky.

We watch the recurring thoughts and work on letting them go.

Observe your thoughts, name them and let them go!
