Meditation for Anxiety

Michael Mackenzie leads this guided meditation for anxiety relief.

He begins with deep breathing, as in many other meditation practices.

He continues with a guided meditation on the beach.

A storm arises and he likens the storm outside to the emotional turmoil inside.

Watch the storm dissipating inside as you would see the storm pass outside.

Then he returns you to focusing on your breathing.

This gives rise to a sense of calmness.

This video could be greatly improved with good photographs with transitions.

The process is very good and is highly recommended.
