Mouth Yoga

When Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh talks about smiling in the present moment, he calls it, “mouth yoga!”

Whenever he says this, we all laugh. Even though we have heard it many times, it still is funny.

And here is a hilarious video on guess what? Mouth yoga! It is called, “Funny Face Yoga!”
