Pema Chodron’s Story

Pema Chodron is one of the most beloved teachers of Tibetan Buddhism.

She runs the Gampo Abby in Nova Scotia.

Her many books have been treasured by thousands if not millions of people.

She became a nun in the Shambhala tradition of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche in 1974.

I believe that this story come from her book, Good Medicine.

I remember the first time listened to the recording of Good Medicine. It was in the Seattle airport coming back from a visit to Microsoft. The plan back to Oakland was delayed and I was sitting there, listening intently to her stories and teachings. I have listened to itmany times over the years. I hope you enjoy it as well.
