The Jewel in the Lotus

The video below is an elegant way to practice “The Jewel In The Lotus.”

It is a mantra of four syllables repeated over and over.

You may have witnessed the Dalai Lama or some of his monk chanting this in other videos.

The words of the mantra are “Om Mani Padme Hum.”

Once you master the sounds of the words in the mantra, you can practice it without the video.

There are many different ways to practice this mantra.

One way that I like it to take a deep breath and express the mantra as I exhale.

You will be able to find your way with this mantra.

Please share this posting with anyone who could benefit from mantra meditation.
