A Personal Mindfulness Training session (aka “mind stories”) is a guided meditation practice I have been teaching since 1973. Hundreds of people have experienced deep relaxation, health and healing as well as deep insights from this training.<\/p>\n

Compassionate listening and loving speech<\/span> are the foundations of our practice. As mindfulness deepens awareness of our experience we find new ways to enhance our own well-being and increase our health and happiness. We become able to transform our suffering and find freedom in the present moment. My intention is to form a community of like minded people who want to live with wisdom and compassion, kindness and generosity, happiness and joy.<\/p>\n

Join me for a half-hour session of Personal Mindfulness Training<\/strong>. In a Personal Mindfulness Training session, you will learn the four keys to successful practice. These keys will guide you on your way to a better understanding of yourself and your true nature. The whole process can take up to an hour with introductions and discovery of what your needs are.<\/p>\n
