Mindfulness In Healing Sangha
In the Tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh
A Sangha is a community of like-minded people who come together to support each other in practicing mindfulness, compassion, and healing.
Compassionate listening and loving speech are the cornerstones of our sharing practice. Combined with mindfulness practice, we are inspired to participate in our own wellbeing. From this, we can learn to eliminate ill-being and experience freedom from suffering.
Guided meditation and relaxation exercises help promote a calm, clear mind and a peaceful, loving heart. We learn to see our challenges just as they are.
