A Mindfulness Personal Training session (aka “mind stories”) is a guided meditation practice I have been teaching since 1973. Hundreds of people have experienced deep relaxation, health and healing as well as deep insights from this training.
Compassionate listening and loving speech are the foundations of our practice. As mindfulness deepens awareness of our experience we find new ways to enhance our own well-being and increase our health and happiness. We become able to transform our suffering and find freedom in the present moment. My intention is to form a community of like minded people who want to live with wisdom and compassion, kindness and generosity, happiness and joy.
Join me for a half-hour session of Mindfulness Personal Training. In a Mindfulness Personal Training session, you will learn the four keys to successful practice. These keys will guide you on your way to a better understanding of yourself and your true nature. The whole process can take up to an hour with introductions and discovery of what your needs are.

About Your Teacher
Jerome Freedman, PhD, CMT is Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, a certified enneagram teacher and a certified trauma-sensitive practitioner. He is also a cancer survivor since 1997. He brings to these sessions more than 50 years of teaching relaxation and mindfulness experiences. His purpose is to inspire people to take charge of their own well-being and actively participate in their health and happiness. He has been leading the Mindfulness In Healing mindfulness community since 2009.
Jerome is the author of six books including How to Use Mindfulness to Be Happy, Healing with the Seven Principles of Mindfulness, Cosmology and Buddhist Thought: An Interview with Neil deGrasse Tyson and others.
