Last Sunday, we attended Sebastian Baker’s 70th Continuation Day (aka Birthday) party. My wife made the birthday cakes – enough for 60 people and it got devoured!
To show his appreciation for Mala’s cakes, he gave us a gift of a book of his photographs called, Portals: Images and Verse. He is an accomplished photographer as the picture below confirms.
His generosity and charm seemed to hide the fact that he has been a devotee of Meher Baba for umteen years.

For the past 40 years, I have carried this quote on a folded card in my wallet! I didn’t realize this until I took out the age battered card to see what it said. Sebastian gave me a refresher card about 20 years ago.
