Because the spiritual path of Tibetan Buddhism has permeated my life since I was 19 years old, the Buddhist view of the illusory quality of everything we consider real has greatly influenced my artwork. My paintings are representations of the world as I understood it…The creative dynamism and pure potential of the Ground’s complete openness, in union with its dynamic light energy, remains the basis of my artwork. My paintings are attempts to express how the mind and its projections layer into what we call “reality”
