Your Ideal Self


REMINDER: Today’s happiness theme is about playing the role of your “Ideal Self.” When was the last time you did something that was meant to take you closer to becoming the person you dream of becoming?

EXERCISE: Take a pen and a piece of paper and write down the five qualities and attributes of your Ideal Self.

Take as much time as you need, and once you’re done, look over your list and pick your favorite.

Now close your eyes, take three deep cleansing breaths, and feel the feelings that comes from embodying your favorite trait.

Do this for 90 seconds, and when you’re ready, take three deep cleansing breaths, and bring back That feeling 🙂


You have completed the exercise for the day.

Now go on and spend your day acting as if you already embody this trait. Fake it until you become it! 🙂
