Mindfulness of Breathing

Mindfulness of breathing was one of the meditation practices taught by the Buddha.

This video is the first in a series of guided meditation practices that help you learn mindfulness of breathing.

It is similar to the way Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh teaches meditation.

Please prepare yourself by finding a comfortable position in a quiet space where you can be with yourself for 9 minutes.

It is not necessary to sit on the floor.

You may even lie down, if you like.
