Flow of Love Guided Meditation

This video is the flow of love guided meditation.

This guided meditation, is about love, unconditional love, for your self, for others, for those who you wish to bring to your heart.

It’s very simple. It’s for everyone.

It should be done with your eyes closed, but if you don’t like it, enjoy the images.

Because English is not the native language of the narrator, please excuse her pronunciation in some parts. It’s her first.

Leo Buscaglia says, “Love is always open arms. If you close your arms about love you will find that you are left holding only yourself.”

This video reminds me of the loving kindness meditation that we practice in our Mindfulness in Healing sitting group.

It goes like this.

We these loving kindness blessings on our selves:

May I be at peace.
May my heart remain open.
May I know the beauty and the radiance of my own true nature.
May I be healthy.May I be free and happy, truly happy.

Then we call to mind the closest members of our families – our parents, grandparents, spouses, children, grandchildren, etc. Then we shower these loving kindness blessings on them:

May you be at peace.
May your heart remain open.
May you know the beauty and the radiance of your own true nature.
May you be healthy.May you be free and happy, truly happy.

Next we repeat these loving kindness blessings for our siblings and their immediate families. This step is optional.

We then call out the names of people we know are suffering in one way or another and repeat the loving kindness blessings for them.

With time permitting, we shower loving kindness blessings on all sentient beings and Mother Earth.
